Stronger Together Group Meetings

Stronger Together - SPOKAN has a new name!
Previously known as SPOKAN, our Stronger Together group meets roughly once a month, usually on the last Wednesday of each month, although this can move to fit around school holidays.
Please check our online calendar to find exact dates.
Peer support for parent/carers of children with SEND
I feel so supported at COG's Stronger Together group. We all listen to each other and it's great to get support and advice; to see how others have handled things like getting the right support in school, and making sure things are being done in the best ways for our children.
The Stronger Together group provides a warm, safe space for parent/carers of children with SEND, up to the start of secondary school age, to talk about their experiences together, benefit from advice from those who have been, or are going through, the same challenges in terms of support in school; as well as how to navigate life with a child with SEND at home as well.
More than challenges, this is also a chance to celebrate your child, share their milestones and achievements and be proud of everything they bring to you and your family.
A very supportive, caring and understanding group, all are welcome with children up to the start of secondary school. The group is facilitated by our knowledgeable Outreach Team Lead.
Join us for a chat, a cup of tea and a biscuit once a month or when you're able to come along.
