We provide stimulating activities encouraging the children with opportunities to compare, match, sequence and count using everyday objects in their play. Through these activities they learn to recognise shapes and patterns, to add, subtract, measure, calculate and solve problems. They begin to recognise and use mathematical language, providing a firm basis for their mathematical understanding.
