"An independent playgroup enabling children with special needs to play and learn with other children."
Lottery win helps COG Forest School project - £10,000 to provide secure fencing for our new Forest School.
We provide many opportunities for our children to talk about where they live, their lives, families and past and present events in their own lives. They explore the natural world through their play with sand, water and clay. They are able to observe living things, and plant vegetables in our garden, which they harvest and eat.
We have visits to our local library, shops and farms and to Seven Springs Adventure Playground. We also welcome visitors to the group; the librarian, musicians and policemen.
Other therapists and specialists visit the group regularly to provide further support for the children within our care and to assist with training for the staff.
